First of all: I judge the lens as a dedicated amateur photographer purely subjective. Evaluate measurement and then have enough journals - by the way, with similar results! Nearly 1,000 times lie flat for a standard lens, which is already a house number. Zeiss and Sigma has long been my question, but after 4 weeks use I am convinced that I have made the right choice with Sigma. One might almost say: people, start your tour, as soon you get anything better! Mechanically and optically a piece of cake, colors and bokeh tip, and an almost unrivaled sharpness starting aperture 1.4, the maximum is at aperture 5.6 /. 8 with an average of 2032 LP / H, here at Canon 5D M2. Not to mention the autofocus: who sits on the point. As some other buyers have probably had more problems? ...
