January 2, 2014 now the hard drive of my macbook pro let go. A passage to a repairer and it me 140EUR bill for the repair piece + MO (replacing mechanical hard drive by itself at 5400rpm 500gb / min). Just after Christmas imagine my anger still have to pay some money for this unexpected;) Passing on the forums I read that almost all those in my case went directly to the SSD. Hesitant at first (given the relatively high price of SSD) I have taken the plunge and I am totally satisfied !! With tutorials on the net I could make the change any single drive, and I confirm as in other reviews that the performance of my notebook have improved, everything is instant (like I was on a smartphone! !!) even opened heavy programs such as Aperture.
So I advise all those who hesitate rushing headlong as to the results after installing one almost forgets the purchase price !!
