This cream is very skin-friendly. The ingredients are very natural and not perfumed or provided with additives. Therefore it is well applicable in atopic dermatitis. However, yes, everyone has a different skin texture, so I can only speak for myself. It is not so fat, but feels more like moisturizer.
For the money, I would definitely put all others in the price range at # 1 and buy again at any time.
