Simple, effective and allows for excellent fresh pasta

This accessory attaches easily on the Kitchenaid and can quickly make lasagna, spaghetti and tagliatelle. From a very simple recipe (1 egg and 100 grams of flour per person), we realize that the dough is gradually passing into the first roll: it provides "leaves" more or less thick ( the machine is set notch by notch, depending on the desired thickness, one proceeds in 2). You can then use the other two rolls to cut the spaghetti perfection (magical!) And tagliatelle (less essential as can also be done by hand by folding the dough over itself and by cutting it with a knife).
Up to 4 people, the time required to perform these operations is reasonable; for more people, we must organize. I recommend the pasta dryer which facilitates the subsequent operations. In the end, a distinct difference in quality and taste and the satisfaction of having achieved its own fresh pasta!
