Judging by the reviews, there are different in this product probably manufacturing differences. My experiences are as follows:
- Headband somewhat inflexible and uncomfortable; with many uses pauses but always tolerable half an hour easily without distraction.
- Stem lens frame can be set up easily for normal vision and keeps reliable in any set position. Viewing area on the one hand large enough for relaxed working, on the other hand remains normal view (without lenses) down through enough space so distant things are quickly noticeable.
- The second (drop down) lens snaps a little stiff but still acceptable on and off; the magnification is sufficient for really fine SMD work, the necessary low Abtand the object is just so ...
- The optical distortions remain - except for the pan additional magnifying glass - within the scope and interfere in normal use under any circumstances.
- Who needs the enlargement of the swivel additional Lupe longer (to examine the split ends of the fingers hair) but goes mad because of the extremely highly distorted image !!! Nevertheless, the pivoting part can now and then but times be useful (to detect small scratches etc.).
- The light is not practical on and off. Battery replacement (mechanical) really crappy because battery compartments lid clamps. Practically, the feature only batteries with low self-discharge to briefly just quickly - if it's otherwise just difficult with light - (read in a dark corner resistance code or something) to use; it is sufficient, amazingly, but for most.
Since I now almost nothing can be seen more in the near field with more than 50 years, this thingy is now no longer imagine: there are all the details almost as in adolescence VISIBLE ...
For the price: cheeky GOOD !!!
