I like generally serrated knife, unlike knives with a "normal" blade it will not soon blunt. The Victorinox Steak knife make a very high-quality impression on me and are really sharp. Whether you want a bun cut cleanly or if you take the knife as a steak knife, they go through almost everything like through butter. In my opinion, they are worth their money all!
