Fits the Surface Pro 3 perfectly well, Including the Type Cover - without the soft edges of the cover to be bent. Well manufactured and well packed. So Fit the pen, my mouse and some additional equipment in there, Although personally I have not tried to put the charger in Their.

My only comment would be indeed the Velcro strap in the side cover Seems rather flimsy.
