Handling:
Man pulls a tab that looks out of the Balloon below. Then the lamp should light up and you can begin to inflate the balloon with the help of the paper ribbon, so it is not too big. With me 3 balloons have not shone from the outset. I could with gentle taps on the table edge allerings but then convince. =)

Luminosity:
I found the brightness as well. I have used them outside and there were candles all around on. You could see it clearly and all were enthusiastic. I have the Balloons evening dressed at 9 and they have shone in the trash until the next night to 12.

Conclusion: I would bring me back for a special occasion and 0.70 per piece I find in order for it
