I bought this little and the associated 28 cm large spatula, because I had convinced the many positive reviews. But I had also read that this dough scraper to be hard, but something I did not want to. But as I said the many positive reviews wound up convinces me.

I am absolutely happy that I have chosen for this dough scraper. They are so, as I have wished for. Lying comfortably in the hand, are in one piece and not at all hard. My daughter, who had just founded a household thrilled and asked where I bought the.

This small spatula 22,5 cm is in my kitchen daily use, because it is so beautiful narrow (fits well z. B. in jam jars openings, etc.). A great addition to a large spatula 28 cm, which is very helpful when baking.

The positive reviews I can connect to 100%, the less good I can not understand. But best to try himself. I would buy both spatula repeatedly.
