Someday K-socks and K-warmers, these also use regularly (alternating :-) and find it enjoyable and ok. A direct increase in performance I can not testify, but rather a head decision ..... but the precipitates well: Have the "feel" that I now have less muscle soreness (but can also be on regular sports :-). Whether a muscle fatigue arrives later I can not answer, because my legs and services are indeed made on a regular basis, but I can not infer whether it actually prevents.
Now yet tried the compression short and have noticed that the compression less pronounced when compared to socks (calf muscles) and it is probably also wanted so. That's why I do not put this short all have high expectations when it comes to compression. For this, I feel that your thighs vibrate less by the rich maintenance / vibrate.
