Siw's best songs in Swedish ...

Siw Malmkvist is a youth idol of mine so many times she was on the radio, this woman had many hits in the German language.
In Sweden they had big hits, unfortunately, are not so well known here! If you hear one is surprised how nice these songs are partly composed for Siw! The songs go from 1958 to 1975, a musical journey through time. Many Swedish hit was for Siw in German translated for example; Augustin [Siw's winners of the preliminary round of the Grand Prix 1959], Tunna skivor [Love is a strange game in 1960], you förstår ingenting [Thanks for the flowers in 1961], Mamma är lik sin Mamma [Women Are women only in 1968] and probably their longest song title ... the person som en tillgrep väska i grönt i Kings på Centralen igår [Where is the thief 1968]. My favorites on this CD include Jazzbacillen, Sprattelgumma, Buon Giorno Amore, Amore Scusami and Downtown. People these 2CD keeps its promises ... Siw's Bästa really Siw's best! She has her own style and sound, they immediately hear out when they heard on the radio! Oh yes, the radio of the time ... in my youth what they ... without music was not a very important part of my existence! Music by Siw contains for me many fond memories from the late fifties and sixties! Attending concerts throughout Europe, many meetings with her, their joy of singing. Siw a star throughout Europe and far out there! This 2CD is a MUST !!! Siw is now almost 75 years old still active and is not thinking of retirement ....
