Bought for Christmas 2012. Very little used because live in town. On holiday in the countryside, uses six (6 x 1 hour max battery required) and zwiK, nothing. France contacted the service. Limited Warranty 6 months.
Eyes to weep, it is an expensive time of use. Too bad.
