Size 16cm: When milk pot well suited

The pot is pretty high and thus is a good milk pot.
I bought it at Famila. There are also matching lid - optional glass (frame cover) or stainless steel (resting lid). For's milk boiling, I have decided for the glass lid. The game has quite a bit.

The scale (in half-liter increments) unfortunately is not quite right. The 1 liter have been achieved if the level is at the bottom of the font. At hatch there are then loose again 200 ml more.

Cooking behavior: As I said, I use the pot only to milk boil briefly. I think he reacted quite sluggish during heating (I cook with gas). But he retains the heat long time (which I do not need), which is for cooking advantage.

If the pot is not overheated, the handles can be touched without danger even without potholders.

For the size of 16 cm diameter I would like to supply later some extent.
