I'll take that argan oil mainly for personal care, as I have a very sensitive and extremely dry skin. It can be very good rub into the skin and also saves by not strong. The skin absorbs the oil on very well and feels right, silky. It's the best I had so far. Also in the food, it tastes very good, do not cook with, but add food before, it aids digestion. In my opinion, the product and the price-performance ratio, very good.
