In the 20W variant I have however found a massive difference in color, not yellowish but rather already deviating from "cool" light. The light is somewhat reminiscent of artificial light or cheap, supposedly "warm white" LEDs as the light bars of IKEA for the kitchen ... The light you'd rather skip.
This shows that expensive does not have to mean the same highest quality.
Have for example as an alternative parallel 40W E14 spot small LEDs with 6W of Lighting EVER (R50 reflectors corresponds to 45W) bought and am thrilled. The light looks just like the 40W Glühspots.
Positive predecessor would mention that the bulb turns on directly - ie without 1 / 4s delay, but this has never bothered me in the 17W version.
Too bad that here Philips apparently sold only the design, because I am well and happy also to the 40 to pay for a nice light LED ... Maybe yes jmd a tip, since I've been searching first abandoned.
