After a few days it works desperation finally: D
after this firmware update from 01.08.2014 and restore a Full Factory setting the hard drive goes into sleep mode and consumes 0.0 watts, according to electricity meter but this might sound strange coming and when it is running 6.9 watts.
Oh one more thing: I have also turned off the DLNA Media Server and the iTunes server!
Will activate in time more functions to test whether the disk to disturb return to idle mode.

That was the only problem so far, the rest have already told everyone else;)

UPDATE: You need to return to idle mode 7 minutes and 50 seconds.
