I use since Windows 95. Tune Up Here and in Windows 98SE impressive pace gains at boot time were felt, that was just great. I wonder, however, whether these programs at all make on Windows 7 and 8 sense at a time when in the 8GB or 16GB of memory standard, or are getting very inexpensive. I once read that Microsoft Office performs during the installation loosely 70,000 registry entries. What then are ridiculous 300 entries, the Tune Up will have in 2014 corrected the registry ?! The 1click-maintenance looks great, but what really brings is not transparent! And a wrong click can have fatal consequences, as seen above.
One can save the money safely and better stuck in memory for this version. And who really be PC "clean" will, reach best CCleaner (64Bit), which is good, and free! That was my last tune up, I doubt the general benefits of this program for the user to strongly.
