Having enjoyed Alex and his darkness, I was somewhat disappointed with this sequel to the adventures of Camille Verhoeven. Certainly, there are happy our little commander and his assistant Louis and Pierre Lemaitre always has a great talent for describing dark and violent situations (the first chapter describes an ultra-violent robbery is also a model of the genre), but 2 / 3 of the book does not really have my passion and I followed Camille's adventures with a certain distance or even by the time I felt the dawning boredom; I must say that the story seemed incredible and somewhat difficult to believe. As usual, a relatively original turnaround is present in the final chapters but this did not save the disappointment that reading the novel had caused in the first part.
