I I need a small, simple device. The HMT75M451 is small, with its stainless steel finish looks good and is easy to clean. I use it for thawing, heating food, and cooking fish and vegetables. Contrary to expectations, I also use the program AE frequently. Weigh vegetables, add a few tablespoons of water, adjust program + weight. Beeps even if one is to stir. The device is in use several times a day for about 3 months now and I am completely satisfied.
