This small aluminum heatsinks are suitable for the Raspberry Pi (both 1 (A-B +) + 2).

I use the heat sink along with a throttled down (almost inaudible) 5V (2.5 * 2.5cm) cooler from China; thus I always have a little air flow in Pi and the components are sufficiently cooled by the cooling fins for me; so that I can overclock it stable ... :-)
