To receive a TV program every three standard procedures are implemented.

I have first an old (reinforced) indoor antenna connected and actuated the option to search DVB-T channels and had to my surprise, after a short time the complete range to choose from. (With an older small appliance by ALDI that never works) So I had the "little ones" ever to my heart.
That's why I tried immediately from the satellite connection. Now I must mention that I had chosen the first purchase my system for a "Multytenne" of Technisat, which has all the charm, with a tiny bowl to receive 4 different satellites simultaneously and I was curious to see how the small Telefunken could handle it. He has done the job with flying colors. On the one hand it has stored from home a long list of around orbiting satellites from which I "my" 4 could pick a click me just after I had informed the configuration a DiSEqC connection. Now I had to start only for each satellite a search, where you have to apply a few minutes patience. After that I had but saved more than a thousand TV channels and radio stations in my list, all (well, the one I use) so perfectly worked, as I'm used to it by Technisat Original receiver.
You can filter the channel list according to various criteria, such as satellites, favorites, etc.
Concomitantly obtained also a nice program list for channels that provide the disposal. In my Technisat I have the desired station into configure there, here they are all naturally present. Cable channels, I can not try, but these two techniques described have very convincing. A slot for a CI Plus module for HD satellite programs is also already installed.
The picture is for my needs (and for the purpose) outstanding as you would expect from a Full HD - can expect resolution, the colors are inconspicuous normal, you can of course as the "big" play to all controllers, if you want, and use pre-configured color settings or himself the RGB components vary when you hold it because of the difficulty value.
Apart from the usual TV reception capabilities, the device offers a number of inputs for PC, laptop, cameras, as well as a modern HDMI input. A USB connection can not missing and can be equipped with sticks and hard drive. A media player is available in the device, the .mpg and .vob - Files is happening, but also mkv, avi and flv - files, as they are often provided by digital cameras in H.264 HD format. Even a SCART input has not been forgotten, so that the old Betamax from the basement could be honored again. For such a little "aside" device that is an incredible facilities in my opinion.
The only thing you could complain a little, is the sound, which at the small, narrow enclosure of course painful lack bass. One can not stop even a hi-fi speakers hide it. But it is also not a big problem to remedy. About a coaxial output can be connected an amplifier, even easier, it is a sound bar or one of the newer small boxes as XORO Hxs etc. to connect a small mini-plug cable to the headphone output. Which one is invisible behind the screen and has a great sound to film.
