My only complaints are that some files codecs simply are not recognized (despite the updates), while Zappiti agree to reference them in the unit. My second complaint is that the interface (Zappiti for file browsing and native for menus) is a bit slow, it lacks responsiveness. Finally, the quality of the remote control leaves much to be desired, it contrasts greatly with the rest of the unit. These negatives are losing this player Zappiti a star, because everything else is excellent.
