The box has an appropriate weight and the free processing of the case and of the controls is very good. The three push buttons on the top of the housing have to convey a good pressure point and
a good haptic feedback.
They are used to control the volume, as well as to activate the Bluetooth pairing mode.
The case itself is made of wood and coated with a matte black Kunstsoffoberfläche, which also leaves a good visual and tactile impression according to the manufacturer.
On the back of the box contains the following elements, a 230-volt power plug, an RCA connection, as well as the on-off switch, and can carry a handle to the box. The two ventilation grids provide the necessary airflow, the box has a very low heat.
Is probably the Class-D amplifier 2.1, which emits little heat to its environment and takes care of the dry sound.
The box is installed in five minutes, stuck four beiligende rubber studs on the underside, 230 Volt plug connector, pull the rear on-off switch, done.
First I connected the box with my smartphone Nokia E71 that was done within two minutes, then rang my MP3 files clean and dry from the Boombox.
Based on the tone control and the equalizer to the E71, the box can be optimally adjusted.
When used with the E71 it has a neat and dry bass, treble and midrange are less pronounced, but still sound decent and give a good listening.
The coupling with the notebook, Windows XP Prof. worked as fast and uncomplicated.

If you open any music player is automatically transferred on the boombox.
With the included software CD-ROM allows the Parrot Audio Configuration Tool and an update tool on the PC to install.
With the update tool I have easily done a software update for the box, which had, however, be suspended on the first try. On the second try, it ran through a few minutes.
The Audio Configuration Tool allows the control box through the PC.
Volume, EQ, and other options can thus be virtually remotely control and adjust.
The box has the bass reflex system and the two midrange a decent sound, better than I expected. Of course, it is not comparable to high-end speakers, but as a second speaker for dining room, bathroom or office it is perfect.
The 60 Watt power output are more than sufficient.
