Unfortunately confirmed the bad reviews to the WLAN, the high-revving fan and otherwise did not tell me the Ultrabook 100% to. When I got a Zenbook from Asus in the hands, I was hooked from the outset.
Although this had no touch screen, but the matte screen presented the colors clearly represents and the Full HD resolution could convince.

Shortly thereafter, I push the Zenbook Infinity and ordered me this directly from Amazon.

But first to unpack:
You will receive this email Infinity (English for infinity) in a dark gray box that says Asus Zenbook. Here first similarities are already apparent to some manufacturers with Apple logo, but more about that later.
After open the one immediately Ultrabook catches the eye, which is protectively covered with foil. Otherwise, one sees only times nothing. At second glance, however, can be seen a small box at the right side, which can be open also. Looking at the device again from the outside, is one as already mentioned earlier on another similarity to Apple. The Asus lettering on the back lights up in a pleasant white light. The only drawback here: The Intel Iris driver collides happy with the Windows internal graphics settings. So, the desktop is like rescaled times and appears often with larger, more readable symbols or is extremely small. This was probably due to the new graphics engine and software terms should be rectified. An update is therefore to be seen.

Therefore my advice: Full HD (1920x1080), restart Windows for a clean scaling and clean work is possible. Higher resolutions are only useful for larger, external screens.
The touch screen has a clear picture of just the typical problem of a mirror. In direct sunlight, it is quite difficult to see anything. The input via touch control works fine. Here you will quickly find that Windows 8.x is designed for tablets. Against harmful grease stains helps The included cloth.

Also a nice gimmick and quite a lot of sense: The Asus gesture control on the touchpad (multi-touch gestures with 2/3 of your fingers to scroll, page navigation and window replacement).
Unfortunately, sometimes at fixed bit notchy and idiosyncratic, but certainly unrecoverable by software and therefore through updates by ausus.
The stated battery life of about 7 8 hours, I could not reach in normal operation, but are realistic 5 6 hours depending on the amount of work to be performed, set screen brightness and running background processes.
