Optics & processing:
The first impression of the materials is a good impression! Nothing is cheap, all of a piece.
Due to its compact and elegant design, the Circolo fits perfectly into the corner of a small kitchen or as a focal point in the living room. The LED light is still the technical design icing on the cake. It is often underestimated, what an important role is the good looks of a technical device.
Function:
The Dremel manual is to be understood easily. I recommend it absolutely annulled because there important tips are included for troubleshooting.
The water tank is removed to the rear - so it would be easy awkward to place the machine directly into a wall, as you refer to it and use the water tank every time would pull forward.
The cup height can be adjusted in 3 steps by pushing the drip tray in the slots provided. What a blessing! Finally my favorite coffee mug and my latte glasses fit back under the machine. At the lowest level is the distance measured 14 cm. That is a 14 cm high container fits more loosely underneath because I left when measuring a few millimeters "air".
Compared to my ol 'fully automated the Dolce Gusto is quiet - and really quiet! At last I can make my morning coffee without waking my little daughter or to invert without during the brewing process a huge pillow on the machine.
By means of the control knob is used to adjust the amount of water - thus is sufficient freedom available to adjust the strength and amount of coffee to the personal preference.
Cleaning & descaling:
The machine is externally very easy to clean because of their smooth surfaces, there are virtually no rough edges, mutate to hard to clean dust collector.
Water tank can be washed normally and are internally cleaned with a bottle brush. Water tank not in the dishwasher! Remove the drip tray and the included two-piece (1 use as a sieve and outside around the trash) waste containers for used capsules can land safely in the dishwasher, because there are in my opinion no critical parts.
Descaling is very simple: descaling (I always take the trademark of a famous drug store chain) can go through until the tank is empty in the water tank, water is added and without capsule with the hot program (red button). Then clean the tank thoroughly and again let go through with hot water to make sure that no residual is more with descaling fluid in the system.
Conclusion: the Circolo I get the perfect for me and my wife coffee: because he is hot enough and because there are a few varieties that did to us really it. About taste of coffee, sense and nonsense of the capsule system of prices and the environment I do not like leave me here. That everyone can decide for themselves, and there is also no reason why to evaluate a coffee bad.
For me full 5 stars for a great product, because I could find no disadvantage even after long consideration.
