Geäuse this is a super body, but only for appropriate applications.
ATTENTION, THE STATEMENT OF THE SIZE OF HOUSING FROM AMAZON IS WRONG (specifying another web page, 192 x 210 x 62mm) - I habs not measure exactly, but that's true pretty much.
The housing is for special applications, which depend on the place. It fits on the length and width of exactly one ITX board pure daraüber addition is only place on the board. If you are looking for a small Geäuse for a workstation, there are probably better solutions - larger, with connections front, with integrated power supply ...
Optimal is the combination with a motherboard that has the power inverter directly on the board and only a 12V connection needs (there are, for example, Intel).
IMHO is that the only currently purchasable housing that in a 10 inch cabinet fits (incl. Space back to connect monitor, network, ...)
Good:
* It is well-made, metal housing, all edges around
* Little screws - easy to disassemble. Board and hard disk were installed in 5 minutes and the Geäuse was again.
* Place for a Mini-ITX motherboard and a 2.5-inch hard drive
* Optimum ventilation by sufficient slots on all sides.
* Mounting space for mini-fan front (need fortunately not - these things are usually noisy). From my point of view: if you need a fan, then buy a bigger housing.
* Front cover that conceals a connected USB flash drive (in my case, a Z-Wave-Stick). The front cover is made of plastic. Therefore, a wireless stick are useful tucked behind the cover. The material difference schwischen Geäuse (metal) and front cover (plastic) is optically barely perceptible.
Considerations:
* You can not make sense to install a 3.5 hard drive or a CD / DVD / Blue Ray drive.
* The front panel can be connected any USB sticks or speaker cables after attaching the front cover
* The case has no power supply (power supply for ITX boards), this must be procured separately - for example, a PicoPSU PSU.
* There is no fan included
