The bed was delivered on time, state of the packaging and the bed were perfect. Even the forwarding driver helped carry pure. The bed exceeded my expectations, the quality and workmanship were top. Unfortunately I ordered the bed in 180 and not in 160 as we needed it. Here came towards me and asked Designismine not return shipping charges for the 180, but only once the Sped.kosten for the delivery of the 160's. The exchange was carried out within a week, unfortunately gave the wrong forwarding the bed, which I only noticed when unpacking. Also the ensuing exchange went smoothly. The forwarding meldetet itself, as it did, in time for a delivery to make out the two deliveries before, which was then adhered to. After the small disaster caused by myself, we now have a top bed at a very good price. And man is sleeping in there Wunderbar!
