Snowboard game for winter holidays on the couch

Shaun White Snowboarding is my first boarding game. Before that I had played just skate as a demo. After me the skateboard style did not like, I took a fancy to a snowboarding game, among other reasons, because I snowboarde itself. Looking for a more realistic game, I came across Shaun White Snowboarding. For a 3 year old game to pay 30 euros I was initially a bit pricey.
After the first Preview though I was very happy about the decision. One can choose between a few faces, garments and boards. The scope is okay - I do not want anyway all the time change clothes. But most important is the game itself. 4 relatively large ski areas can be completely navigate from the beginning. Here are tutorial-moderately to find coins to unlock 3 special powers that give the game an arcade touch if you have it feel like, because they are activated. The ski resorts are reasonably varied and freibefahrbar. The controls are very intuitive after a short. However, depending on the selectable challenge (eg, halfpipe, cross, freestyle) another board necessary because they differ greatly in handling or at strengths and weaknesses.
A story is not really there, but I have not missed it as well. Anyway, she does not take itself very seriously what I was sympathetic. I was concerned from the outset boarden all about and that is the game a lot of fun and well executed. There is also a successful multiplayer mode where you can play all the challenges against other. The community is correct, but it can partly be a bit frustrating for a beginner, because many experienced players are on the go. This in turn is also well implemented, because although it is in competition with the other players, but still has to create the requirements of the challenge. This means in practice that one can be while fourth - the challenge but still creates. All challenges are easily doable with 4-level requirements. In order to create the highest requirement, you have to bring next to the board also some practice and skill. Here you have to do for a long time, if you want to create everywhere the highest requirement. For the trophies it is not necessary. They have different priorities (roughly drive a lot / play) and are my main motivation :)

All in all a good game to shut down mountains as spectacularly as possible with a super soundtrack.

Small downer: 3-year-old graphics - good but not great and no offline multiplayer.
