This video has finally a fitness program that is very effective, without demanding from the participants insurmountable contortions! Although already one needs some fitness, to keep up, but it will be presented no complicated, elaborate choreography! The Vortunrner has also taken out a refreshing, sympathetic way that training is a lot of fun! Even for people who have not so much time, this video is useful because it is divided into individual exercise sessions. Or you can "through gymnastics" all units at a time. Somewhat negative I found, however, that only one training session for the "problem zone belly" was doing, but at least 3 units of the "problem zone legs"! I find this video still highly recommended!
