+ Easy to use: I have found myself immediately after the first start-up without manual handle.
+ Super sound: the X-Fi Crystalizer is almost always activated with me, because it really can bring a lot of compressed music files out. So in most songs the drums is easier to hear and everything looks as a whole a little clearer, at least I feel that way.
Setting X-Fi Expand However I never use because they worsened my opinion the sound. Instead of letting a piece of music of spatial sound, the Expand function causes apparently the exact opposite.
+ Price: 131 for a 16GB player from Creative makes me happy.
+ Dictation: I have used many times and for me was one of the reasons for purchase. The recording quality I think is good, also all recordings are automatically saved in a separate folder.
+ Built-In Speaker: comes almost every day to use, especially when I use the Zen X-Fi as an alarm clock.
+ Alarm function and Organizer
+ FM radio
+ SD card expansion: buying was also a reason for me, because I'd rather save movies and photos on the SD card in order to create on the integrated memory more space for music can. That must be accessed separately via the menu on the SD card, do not bother me.
+ Bundled Creative Headphones: normally cost around 30 and have a very good sound quality.

But there are things that I do not like:
- Too short USB cable: the cable supplied is only about 12cm long! What does Creative thinking?
- Energy saving function: in many MP3 players, the display turns off automatically after a certain time to save energy. This is the Zen X-Fi, unfortunately only with Hold function is activated, the case. So you have to use any more active the hold slider, if you want to extend the battery life.
- While it's only happened to me once that the player "suspended" and has no longer be allowed to operate, but many owners of the Zen X-Fi is already often happens. The problem can be solved quickly but, simply by pressing the tapered plug the headphones on the small reset button. The need for a paper clip would be necessary, as many people claim is nonsense.

Conclusion: I would go back to buy a Zen X-Fi, if I lost my. The sound convinced me and the many useful features make it the most versatile MP3 player (or rather Mulimedia player) I had so far. If only because of the alarm function has these players left a good impression on me!
