I bought the plant for Christmas and am currently rather dissatisfied. Unfortunately, countless factors come together that make the plant for me very unattractive and vorraussichtlich I will return soon.
Short overview:
My household is quite Apple-heavy: Imac, AppleTV and iPhone.
The Airplay is not supported, was aware of before buying.
Not aware, however, was that music streaming on your home network ONLY works with PCs, but not with my iMac. Beautiful Crap!
So plan B: I wanted to connect the system to my TV and music streaming via AppleTV (super, I could even control from your iPhone!). Problems:
- The enclosed cable (speakers and power) are extremely short
- The system has no line-in on the back, but only one port on the front
The cables were longer, I could use the system and the speakers provide good - due to the limited length, but I had to because compromise and a cable hangs suspended between the plant and the speakers in the neighboring bay. To have constantly plug the Line-In cable forward in the plant looks stupid and makes for another cable that hangs out there listlessly in the area.
Since it does not bother then also that my iPhone is not recognized by the system. The built-in dock seems to be defective.
All in all I am very enttäucht. I really liked the sound quality, but you should expect a bit and in the price range. Not at all enjoyed the Internet Radio - Who came up with the menu, belongs straightway fired.
