Have a few Tefal pans wanted something different, in the hope that the long-term stability in particular of the coating is better. The name / title raises at least the hope. The pan is rock solid and so far there are good after one month use yet to report any real criticism. Noticeable is the following: - Pan is really solid but this also quite heavy. - Heating time on a ceramic hob is therefore appreciably longer than in "conventional" pans. - Very even heat distribution - The little "handle" may be tempted to touch, but what you do without potholders only once ;-). Here I would like to see a heat-safe version, because so and when the pan is full then you look a second handle really wants! So far I can only say, I would buy again, very good price / performance ratio!
