I read some book with this kind of title that promises access to happiness but I must say that it is more relevant to my mind. We feel a strong reflection based on classic psychoanalytical concepts but certainly seen through the prism of behavior of contemporary society. This book gives no instant miracle cures (phew!) And demystifies the concept of happiness by explaining that it is not to look like a compulsion but as a kind of state of inner peace. This inner peace, it is to do with the depressed child that is in us, through research of historical knots that hinder the free flow of libido in all the 'branches' of our tree / me. Well written and enhanced with numerous concrete case I recommend reading and re-reading! Moussa thank you!
