Contrary to the comments that these pockets are not strong, for my part I found them very well! I used them including buttons, their ganaches and choux pastry, and of course for other more fluid devices like whipped cream, muffins, ...
So I will redeem it quickly ... 100 bags of hand that makes many colors, many flavors ...
