"Give everything" is a great song to get you started, some critically, yet with a positive spirit.
"Long enough time" is lyrically also very strong and Cassandra's voice comes to advantage. However, the musical interpretation I like less, it just seems to cluttered, the beat does not really fit to do so.
"Soo" is mounted a little quieter and fits the message of the song and the vocal performance.
"Dance" with the song I can so pure start nix. Vocally fine, but in content ists nothing for me.
"Life" is musically very funny, electrical influences which dominate that make the vocals almost perish.
"Symphonies" I can hear gar nich. is just too electric, the beat is heavy breakbeat and the worst thing about this song - the voice was digitally verhunzpiepelt so ... something woman Steen has yet not necessary.
"Now I let go" The intro of the song with a great piano part opened the lot gives hope. Frightened then took me this aggressive drum beat. This dominant beat stretches monotonously through the remaining song which is kind of annoying, it acts as bang shut the door in time than would a ... The message of the song is great, but abslut musically insensitive ... there would have been possible ,
"If love her will Kriegt" is again sounding quiet without gruff.
"Prophetess" vocally good song
"I do not feel" is very strong in content, but the music did not really like me.
"Give me more" alive somehow by constant repetitions.
"Camouflage" is for me the low point of the album, which is really hard hook ... not only because of the electronically altered voice, but also because these electronic synth sounds
"The first winter" is a song with a very good text, only the musical realization is me again rudely by the dominant beat. Too Bad.
"Come Closer" is very heavy breakbeat and supported by classical elements.
In general for the whole album, that, contrary to the grandiose predecessor has no catchy potential for me. The songs are so melodious round, that I can hardly recognize. The melody is so edgy all songs that it's hard to follow the action.
Likewise me musically transport the contents of the songs better sensitivity missing. The beats are really to me sometimes gruff. Would I listen to the songs as instrumental, I would never expect that this is music of Cassandra Steen.
In "That's why we live" were the songs somehow figurative, bildlichere language - the new plant here is everything texted so loose, so it is harder to make the whole content available.
I want the album verreißen, because the artist has something sure thinking. The only thing I criticize is the fact that you actually in some songs the voice has so alienated - and where their voice is as a guarantee of power, emotion and clarity.
A solid work, but which in any discipline rankommt the great predecessors.
It lacks the highlights, the catchy melodies ...
