I know this pump for many years. Until it was stolen from my garage. My search was unsuccessful in bike shops - Amazon makes it possible. Of course you can here not "assess" on a pressure gauge how much pressure in the tire remains - I need that as all-weather bikers not (in the MTB I give max 4 bar). Here are the facts for: + The thing survived the fall from 2 meters high (thick-walled, solid painted steel, stable cast iron, brass turned parts, screwed everything and therefore easy to maintain) + All parts of the pump body are free of plastic (winter and sun create the plastic, so the pump can loose in the garage stay) + Spare parts there permanently and would be easy to change + Unbeatable price + Completely manufactured in Germany
For whom it is important: - Relatively difficult - No racing pressures achievable - Is not by itself - Due to the non-return valve (tapered passage on foot starting) a little more effort needed
