Of particular interest to me was the next state function of course the keyboard.
The Folio is relatively heavy, it feels almost like a common MacBook Air.
The iPad is clamped in the "brackets" of hard rubber - is clamped to be taken literally, as it is not simply misses so pure. But there also sits firmly really. The state function is almost phenomenal - the iPad is fixed with final magnet, so that even not all collapses on the touch screen when fixed tap again or falls. After some loose tests I am convinced that this remains so when hobbling on the train or in a sportier tuned suspension that. :) Compared to the usual plug-level functions of other folios this is incredibly stable (here I was very skeptical).
The short-stroke and is flat, the keys themselves respond well. There are also several special keys to the iPad to use (locks, volume, Search, Siri, ...). Even the well-known shortcuts for cut, paste and copy can be found on the keyboard. Even a Tab and Caps Lock key has upped squeezed Logitech. And here to get you right to the greatest shortcoming of the keyboard.
The Caps Lock key and the A are the same key. The shape of the A-key but corresponds to the Caps Lock key. The Shift key is directly below it, on Q is the Tab key. People who are used to typing with 10 fingers, are here strongly irritated and you make a mistake on a regular basis - ergonomic is not. Also you are caught regularly the Enter key, although you wanted to use the backspace key.
For battery life I can not say anything yet. I have the keyboard not need to charge for charging is a USB cable in.
Conclusion: pluses collects the Logitech Folio definitely in the stability, especially when it sets up the iPad to write or film shows. Even games can be so play - even though the angle of course is not necessarily ergonomic, put the evening in bed on his stomach eliminates any case retaining the iPads. ;) The keyboard is not outstanding but perfectly fine. There are departures for the not optimal ergonomics andthe strong overall increasing weight. Small note: the gummeierte shell that holds the iPad firmly rubs on the bottom row of keys from - and that's not exactly optimal and leaves grayish streaks on the keys.
