The tripods are light and make a solid impression. Before man should make sure that the snap lock (quick release) is set correctly but to use them. For me the whole thing slipped same time downwards. There are, however, a mother that can be easily readjusted (carry on quick-release lever and tighten nut until nothing slips), then adjusts the matter. I use it with 2 older reflecta5005 since weighs 1 x 1.5 kg since you can already go with a clear conscience to the very top if not children are with their vehicles in the vicinity. For a higher load I would not fully extend. Otherwise I am quite happy with it.
