The mount is very solid (not only in view of a "reasonable" price of about 17EUR). I use them with the Nexus 5 with and without protective cover, thanks to the adjustable side bolsters they should work with virtually all modern smartphones.

One more detail: I had previously this iPhone Lüftungsgitterhaterung ("Vent Mount"):

The items of the two brackets are interchangeable, so I did not have klamüsern from the grid, the previous holder and at the same time was able to pass their friends a complete iPhone-disc holder.
