The knives are processed according to the price. The blade material is solid stainless steel and far better than the often windy quality comparable more expensive or less expensive knives. The cut is clean and tidy. The shaft is made of plastic and could well have been handled better. You can tell that there are favorable knife!
How long the steel remains sharp remains to be seen. For 50 euros definitely worth a handle. Arg much more I would, however, not to pay for this quality.
