A format also did not work, because the write protection not read cancel.
On the Transcend website you can for such cases (lt. Google Recherche) a Tool Download. I did that: OnLineRecovery_JF620_v4.0.0.39.exe (Attention There are various different sticks toools here select the right one for JetFlash 620.!)
Under Windows 7 64bit not running despite Admin rights. On a WinXP computer I had tried it 3 times. The stick was just not recognized, but then (size of the stick could be entered), but the reformatting was not working. Then came the message I should like to address the nearest dealer.
So the data was gone anyway. I noticed then that the first CD partition was gone. And the key has been detected with an unformatted partition in full size. So I then formatted as FAT32 in Windows. If no problems passing through, the key is functioning again and the first CD-partition I'm so also got rid of. The speed is as previously Top (Read> 30MB / s, write about 12 MB / s). I hope it does not come back to data loss!
So if someone wants to delete the partition 1, he should download the online recovery tools, this launch, then connect the device asks for embroidery, choose the size and then do not click OK but simply remove the stick. Exit the tool, insert stick again and the (not the Quick / Quick Format) format an unformatted under Windows (or drive format tool Transcend as SD card) newly COMPLETE.
Hope to have bettered!
PS: The Sticks without this encryption nonsense better, bought me a USB3 stick from Transcend.
