Since the cards GTX570 can be fully utilized up by the system here is not, I could invest in a GTX570 or save later. Thus much choice on the good performance reviews here on Amazon as price / performance are always getting a rough ride. Thus fell the choice, despite the negative also compatibility problems or crashes, the MSI.
Map was as usual quickly delivered from Amazon. The packaging and card looked classy. Installation was also as usual simple and carried out within a few minutes.
Performance:
The performance had really surprised me, still some rauszuholen to more power from the computer through the exchange of the card. In BF3 she ran in maximum details on 1920 resolution (24 ") smoothly 64er cards are not a problem when testing the campaign, there was but then also to the tw described here problems:... Game crosshatched and had to be ended through the Task Manager.
Troubleshooting:
After I (Update drivers etc.) the usual steps went through and also the slight increase of mV from 1,000 to 1,025, 1,050 and 1,062 (simultaneous Higher Lüftdrehzahl come a stable campaign for Temp :). Next Scour the net made me come to another point: In the nVidia settings exhibit the energy saving option - then this also brought the remedy and the reason was understandable. I always had a freezing when I arrived in a fairly dark environment, the graphics card is not overly stressed (you could see the MSI Afterburner).
SOLUTION THE HALF:
Thus, the cards off because of nVidia software (not always) in the power saving mode and shortly afterwards more power is demanded again, which can then lead to the problem.
So this point fixed, the mV down reset to 1,025 and adapted to the fan and the system was completely stable through.
Unfortunately, I then realized the last Saturday that the fan rattles at higher speeds, which is more than was sound (nothing compared to the other sounds when a fan to the 100% speed has!). So opened computer while I had annoyingly notice that a rotor blade of the fan had passed ... This was the computer itself and through the unbalance led to the noises. Unfortunately, I can not understand why on the one hand such thin sheets are installed ?! On the other hand, there seems to be a material error, because in my 15 years as a gamer is something like this never come across me ....
Thus, the card will be returned.
In this context, I now get by on an Asus 560 TI, as I in this ultimately then have a better feel and hope for less initial problems and a somewhat better processing ...
Overall, the price / performance ratio of the MSI's OC 560 TI Frozr really great, because it is not without problems (plug & play) as with other manufacturers, and because the material error, only 3 stars.
