Defective product within 10 days. Hisses and arches under the blue LED in the charger and random power supply. The 12V power supply is working perfectly. France from Germany by Amazon (German manual). Idem but in 3 days for the same device platform from France Amazon Germany (Instructions in English). The third was the right: H24 runs for 1 year without problems. I reassesses 3 star 05/08/2014. 5 would have had if I had had the good copy right away!
