The role is a bit harder than the ones we use in Pilates, but it does not deform even. I am absolutely convinced of the role that I would otherwise not get my chest to stretch so unless I'm lying lengthwise on the role and express my shoulders down / outside. Since that my weak point is and I have such a bad posture, I used the role almost daily to stretch myself. The length of the role I sufficient as I can be good after, with a height of 176 cm.
