I have not bought the Lurch turning Wolf for Christmas cookies, but in order to process goulash on minced meat, because I do not trust our butcher. The device is provided with a suction cup, which, however, can not hold on very firmly to my desktop itself. I have therefore taken a kitchen car, to place the turning Wolf safely. This is a somewhat tedious affair Wolfen. Maybe I'll buy another countertop in order to use the device more safely. The result of the meat grinder may, however, be seen. The meat or fish is ground clean and can be used for excellent tartar and meatballs. Perhaps I use the rotary Wolf will soon be time for cookies ;-)
