1.) After a few weeks of the operation was the Sonos Play: 3 this morning no longer attainable for me. Not even to ping said the player.

3.) After that, the player had to be re-integrated into the system. All settings were thereby lost: Network Shares, Spotify access etc.
4.) Spotify could not add, because it is no longer on chien among the available services.
5.) Windows controller for Sonos starts and tries to perform an update to the player. "There was a problem in checking for updates (1101)". What may mean always ...
In my house started 6) Total network topology again. Each component individually rebooted. Player still does not appear on the controller.
7) Try to re add the player. Does not work, the controller will detect the player is not easy.
8) Re-factory reset. New integrated. All settings of course gone.
9.) listen to the radio? It does not work. "Unable to play the radio station".
10.) Add Spotify? It does not work. Not in the selection.
11) update the software? Is still not.
12.) Now the hard way: Player scale down from the wall bracket to hang on to the bridge via a LAN cable.
13.) Bridge and Player stake, Factory reset the bridge.
14) Reset the controller. Integrating the Bridge.
15) Factory reset the player. Integrating the player. Now it's finally.
16) settings perform a test, the radio to hear works. Player stake again, disconnect from the Internet, reconnect and test to see if he can back wlan. He can.
17) Miscellaneous settings made. Player again mounted on the wall bracket and put into operation.
18) The player can use the Desktop Controller from now. But not from the iPhone from controller. Reset Iphone controller. Reconnect the Bridge. Reconnect the player.
19) The same procedure with iPhone number.. 2
20) The same procedure with the Android phone.
21) But I still have a second player. Connect a Sonos. Again stake again, factory reset, infect, connect to the network.
It's important to reiterate that this failure has set without my help, and after weeks of operation unchanged overnight. This can therefore affect anyone.
My work for the re-repair the Sonos network were 2 hours.
I just wanted something for breakfast listening to music.
UPDATE 12/06/2013: Total Sonos topology has taken leave again, all 21 above (2h work) must be carried out again. Did the assessment on 1/5 points down corrected because Sonos does not work stable.
