what each should be clear:
As was written in the other review, the adapter is only able to transfer a trigger pulse. Control over ADI or TTL is not possible. (All settings on the flash need to be done manually, or be determined by the lightning itself!)
In the Sony A65, the exposure may not be used under (faster) 1/160, otherwise the image may completely or not at all be exposed not (the A77 can max. 1/250) (the restriction comes from the camera and not by the Adapter!)
In the event that the flash should not trip, I would recommend to see if he really is seated completely in the hot shoe of the adapter (onw experience ;-))
Since the restrictions are not only due to the adapter and this was already written in the previous reviews, I give 5 stars. 4 it would have been if I had planned to mount the heavy YN560 directly on the Sony.
