I purchased the product new, but probably still got a used one.
Although the optical condition was good, but after a short time it started now and then to hang (I know that does not happen normally, because I had the phone already 2 times) and more importantly, there were very many mobile phone and phone numbers in the phone book!
I called such a cell phone number and it actually picked it up Somebody! the number was filed under "uncle".

My result: I paid almost 300 euros for a new phone and got a second-hand that I could have bought for 40 euros scarce.
