Until the quirks started I was very happy with this camera. I acquired it from a dealer in the Canaries, with filled service book, punch & Co. Shortly before end of warranty made the push problems, and so I went to a Sony service dealer with my documents. They told me at once that these documents would most likely not be accepted by Sony. Sony would be very picky ... I make it short: the documents are in order, Sony refused to take over the repair of some inexplicable reasons. No sign of grace. I remain of the transition to the lawyer ... for a device that is worth half today ...
Meanwhile, a number of other electronic quirks have been added, so it probably comes down to a new purchase. Since this is my second, very disappointing experience with Sony - a Vaio notebook on which one should loudly support 8 update for heaven's sake not of Windows 8.1 on it (there was no official driver, then got it but without support to get regulated anyway) - I will now move to the next manufacturer, even if it means having to give up some beautiful details of Sony.
