After we started some time ago, sometimes completely make your own pizza, of course, eventually came the day when we had to have a pizza stone.
Yesterday was the then opened and we can only say: We are extremely delighted with the results!
On the first try the pizza succeeded perfectly! Simply just stick to the instructions, heat the stone properly done! It may sound a little crazy, but we actually sat for 5 minutes before the oven and baking the first pizza on this stone watched until we were of the opinion "Now it is finished!".
The result: delicious, crispy but not hard, and with the typical taste of "real" brick oven pizza! We are absolutely thrilled!
Only the pizza peel that convinces not 100%, because the area could be a bit bigger. Since we will surely still another, somewhat larger set, so we can exploit the entire area of this impressive stone.
